Breeze Resources specialise in providing contract labour throughout the UK. Our dedicated team of consultants have a joint total of around 30 years on site experience.

We recruit all trades in the construction industry from General site labourers to Site Foreman positions on a contract basis. These contracts can be anything from a 1 day job to month long positions and are based anywhere around the UK. To enable us to get the right people for the right jobs we would ask for a minimum of 24 hrs notice around the London area and 48hrs for jobs outside the London area. Breeze Resources policy is that everything looked at is based upon honesty so therefore we wouldnt take on jobs where we believe we may struggle to supply a certain standard of operative.

As a division of Breeze Resources we pride ourselves on the quality of service we provide to both operatives and clients. All staff taken on must carry at least 2 references from previous works carried out and relevant tools if required, no operatives will be placed on site without this. Due to a lot of repeat business we tend to keep a high percentage of our operatives in constant work helping us to build relationships and gaining some loyalty which also helps reliability and trust between all parties. The smaller percentage are sourced as above by our resource team and only placed when truly satisfied.
